Return Policy
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee in addition to any freight charges. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the merchandise.
Merchandise returned without a RMA number are subject to refusal by our receiving department. Private label product may only be returned if damaged. Soap may not be returned under any circumstances due to health regulations.
